We ship to Canada and the United States from our Toronto, Canada warehouse, with tracking provided for every order.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $69+ CAD — 3–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD on orders under $69 CAD — 3–7 business days

Canada — Zone 2 (NB, NL, PE)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $69+ CAD — 3–9 business days

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99 CAD on orders under $69 CAD — 3–9 business days

Canada — Zone 3 (NT, NU, YT)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $69+ CAD — 3–9 business days

  • Standard Shipping: $19.99 CAD on orders under $69 CAD — 3–9 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $59+ USD — 3–9 business days

  • Standard Shipping: $12.99 USD on orders under $59 USD — 3–9 business days

Returns


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Opened or used items are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat return shipping fee of $8 CAD applies to all eligible returns

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@milopicks.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Milo Picks is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Final sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
