Order FAQs
Yes. An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is placed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Yes! After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery through the courier.
Please contact us at hello@milopicks.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@milopicks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Return FAQs
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipment date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival.
Yes. A flat return shipping fee of $8 CAD applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Please contact us at hello@milopicks.com within 30 days from the order date, and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We don’t currently offer exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order for the product you’d like.
